How can place an order?

On the left side of the screen you can select products by brand or by type. Click on the brand or type of your choice. This will take you to the selected brand/type page where you can view all the available products of the selected brand/type. If you need more detailed information on some product, just click on it and you will get all the necessary information displayed. To add a product to your shopping cart, just press OK button and the item will be automatically added. If you want to buy more than one product you will need to repeat the process described above. When you have finished adding products to your shopping cart, click "Go To Secure Checkout" on the bottom of your Shopping Cart page. You will be taken to Secure Server where you should fill in all the required fields. After that click "Purchase". At this point you will have to proceed with your payment. Your payment will be processed in US Dollars, a highly secure payment method designed to keep your identity and payment details private. After you complete ALL STEPS, your order is considered placed. Charges are processed automatically after order placement.


My country is not included in the shipping list, how can I order?

We ship only to countries included in the shipping countries list. The reasons we cannot fulfill delivery to some other countries are the following:
1) We have faced some problems at Customs while shipping to this destination and had to stop all shipments.
2) Our processing company has black-listed your country due to numerous fraud attempts and therefore we cannot accept your payment and ship the products.


I haven't received any confirmation by e-mail, was my order received?

An Order Confirmation letter is automatically sent to the provided e-mail address right after order placement. When your order is approved and shipped you should also receive an e-mail notification. In case you haven't received any, the reason could be:
1) You have entered an incorrect e-mail address while placing your order.
2) Our e-mail was blocked by your mailbox spam filters. The e-mail may also have been moved to your SPAM folder. Please check your spam filters.
3) Your order didn't go through.

Do you accept PO Box addresses for shipping?

Unfortunately no. We ship orders by UPS and UPS will not deliver to a PO BOX.


How can I be sure that I'll receive fresh products?

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products. To provide our customers with the freshest products, we do not store them in warehouses but order goods from our suppliers daily, according to the quantity of the purchased items on that day. Moreover, before shipping the product, our staff check it thoroughly to make sure that only fresh items in good shape are shipped.


Do you have any other products available that are not listed on the site?

All available items are presented on our web-site. We do not sell any additional products. If we manage to get more, this information will be displayed on the site right away!


Do you guarantee that I will receive the original products?

Yes, we do! If we say Belgian chocolate, you will receive Belgian chocolate, no substitutes.


How soon are orders shipped?

We ship orders in two business days since the payment is received. You can use this time to make some changes in your order if needed.


What are your delivery options?

All parcels are delivered by UPS (3 - 6 business days)
Shipping cost is calculated by UPS calculator depending on the destination and parcel's weight. We use safe packaging to ensure that your order gets to you in excellent condition. Shipping cost includes handling fees. Currently we ship to the United States only.
